Already a busy morning but a good one. I filled up my car this morning and it got me 22.12 miles to the gallon! Not bad for a big V8 Mustang!

5:45 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (or my sugar free hot cocoa mix..)

6:00 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 medium nectariine and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup

6:45 am double espresso soy latte (2 oz espresso and 4 oz of plain soy milk frothed)

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut

8:30 am 1 oz monterey jack cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat

9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Peach Caffeinated

11:00 am part of my lunch: 4 oz roast beef cooked, 2 cups cooked carrots

11:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea (Walking on our sidewalk, I measured the distance. One lap is a half mile. I did three laps today..that's a mile and a half in 20 minutes!)

1:00 pm the rest of my lunch of roast beef and cooked carrots

1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with alittle ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango Tea

2:15 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 5 large strawberries

3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry

4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange

5:30 pm 3 sugar free cookies

6:00 pm 5 oz chicken thigh (boneless skinless) grilled, 3 french fries with ketchup and mayo

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1569
Fat: 84.5
Carbs: 106.6
Protein: 104.6

Not bad at all..How did you do?

 hi dawn,

here is what i had for wed. need to start drinking my plain water. i am slipping in that dept. the scale is still working for me now its between 138 and 140. 

b- 1 scoop cho protein
1 c. skim milk

L- 1 hot dog roll
1/4 c. tuna with mayo
1 c. hommade califlour soup

S- sharp cheese and 5 round crackers

D- 3 oz pork chop
small amount of seasoned potatoes made in oven
1/2 c. mix of califlour, brocolli, carrots peas

S- small cho cup cakes
2 slices american cheese

24 oz coffee in morning
24 oz coffee at night..

You have a valid point there..our bodies are 3/4 water and if you're anywhere where it's warm, you're sweating some of it out..all of your eating requires liquid to digest it..you need more water just to function properly..not to mention skin conditioning..

 hi dawn,
naa its not that warm here now. in the low 70's for the days. been cool at night so had to turn on the heat. i noticed i am losing hair. maybe need to up my protein. yes i will start my water intake today. been trying to walk also. i went and picked wild apples the other day and my sugar dropped to 63. 
need to exercise in the house. anita

im lucky to drink 64. heck 32 on a bad day

Yup. I do drink at least five of those containers a day..24 oz each. When I get in the car, when I walk, at my desk..at least before I eat anything cuz I really can't trust my hungry sense..

It's 9:30 here and I'm on my third container..24 oz herb tea, one 24 oz container with Crystal Light and another one I just started with Hawaiian Punch!
