Accountability - Tuesday
Busy morning..Busy all day..Not alot of walking in but I got some genealogy work done. A birthday celebration today for lunch too. Taco salad..I picked the chicken thigh meat with the cilantro, guacamole dressing...thinking it was sort of a Green Goddess like salad dressing..A bit of running around for the party..cutting and serving the salads..and taking the photos.
5:45 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (or my sugar free hot cocoa mix..)
6:00 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 medium nectariine and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:45 am double espresso soy latte (2 oz espresso and 4 oz of plain soy milk frothed)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut
8:00 am 1 oz monterey jack cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
11:00 am 1 plum
11:30 am 12 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
12:00 pm part of a chicken taco salad: 2 cups lettuce, 1/3 cup tomatoes, 1 cup cooked chicken thigh meat, 1/4 cup shredded cheese and some sort of green goddess dressing.
1:00 pm a bit more of that salad..Really filling!
2:00 pm 12 oz drink mix..still has ice! Wyler's Peach Tea
2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Power Edge Tangerine Strawberry Caffeinated
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Blackberry Grape
5:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
6:15 pm 5 oz of pork chop, cooked..1/3 mashed potatoes..didn't eat all of that either. 4 broccoli flowerettes..those I ate all of..
I don't know that I'll be eating any more..the pork chop was really dense! My jaw is tired and I'm stuffed..
