Monday morning..shoes and socks at the ready, no laptop..I was ready for my walk..brisk clip..got alittle sweaty after a half hour or so..two miles!

5:45 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (or my sugar free hot cocoa mix..)

6:00 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 small pear and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup

6:45 am double espresso soy latte (2 oz espresso and 4 oz of plain soy milk frothed)

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut

8:00 am 1 oz monterey jack cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat

8:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated

10:00 am part of the 1/2 chicken quesadilla from Saturday

10:45 am 24 oz drink mix, Wyler's Pink Lemonade

11:30 am 24 oz Drink mix with ice, GV Blackberry Grape (while I walked..2 miles in a half hour..not bad!)

12:45 pm the rest of my chicken quesadilla from Saturday..

1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Power Edge Tangerine Strawberry Caffeinated

3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 small orange

3:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

5:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry

6:00 pm 5 oz roast beef (stewed perfectly!) 3 cooked carrots, 1/2 medium potato with margarine

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1525
Fat: 78.9
Carbs: 110.4
Protein: 100.3

Not too shabby. The carbs are alittle high but I did walk 2 whole miles..along with all the regular movement I had. I discovered something too. I walk FAST..No wonder I'm burning more calories than most people. Today two laps, as the weather cools down I could, conceivably walk FOUR miles in that hour..or more!

Good for you on the walking! I walk a 15 minute mile which is a good pace, I only run a 11-12 minute mile! I was all dressed and ready fro a run while DD was in her dance class but I looked at the scheule wrong and classes do not start until Oct. 3rd! DD only had tap shoes and flip flops with her so we just went home.
0830-oatmeal w splenda, boiled egg and 1 veggie sausage
1200-lc wrap, grilled chicken, rf mexican cheese, rf ranch and tons of crisp romaine
1400-5 tiny mini tootsie rolls
1800-apple
1900-turkey taco meat, rf cheese, lc tortilla and salsa
2100-1/2 C quaker oatmeal cinnamon squares w 1T craisons and 1 teaspoon if that of mini white chocolate chips all mixed up-good snack not sure if it was woth all the carbs without exercise first.

Did you get your laptop cord? I'm really finding the walking so much um.. well, not fun but it really helps a couple of things like my mood and how I feel. I also don't feel like eating so much. In the afternoon I eat a small snack and I'm done..I eat about half my lunch before I walk and the rest after but then I'm not hungry for several hours.

Your list is great, as always. I ran out of honey roasted peanuts last night..the urge to buy another 2 pounds is getting really hard to fight. I will probably still buy them this weekend but I'm happy that I was able to take a full three weeks to eat them all..yeah me. lol.
