Well, the weekend has wound down to this..ready for bed and to get a start on the work week. I'll try walking tomorrow and possibly at least Thursday..we'll see. I'm ready though. I have all my snacks and meals sort of planned out..I'm ready!

What today was like:

Breakfast: coffee, protein waffles, pear, sf pancake syrup

double espresso latte

24 oz drink mix with ice

2nd Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices rye toast without crush and tomatoe slices

1 oz cheddar cheese and 1 pc ham deli meat

1 oz honey roasted peanuts

Dinner: 1/3 lb burger, no cheese, sandwich thin, 2 slices tomato, 1 slice onion, mayo and spicy brown mustard

Carbs: 93.3
Protein: 94.9

Actually, could have been worse. I think I did okay..

0730-scrambled eggs and 1/2 c hash browns
1130-baked chicken, roasted potatoes and sauteed zuchini
1830-lc tortilla, grilled chicken, rf mexican cheese, salsa and sour cream
2030-kettle corn
not sure abou****er but missed vits and no excer ise
Covered half a 12 hoour shift at my second job unexpectedly, went home took dd and friend to paint some clay then grocery shopped made dinner, did homework and went to bed.
I am ready for the week too, planned out our meals and grocery shopped to that list.
