Well, I did it again. I forgot to send my list of eats home from work and so this is a summation of what I ate:

To Drink:

12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
24 oz herb tea with splenda
24 oz drink with ice
24 oz drink with ice
24 oz drink with ice
16 oz decaf with half n half with splenda
24 oz drink mix with ice
and one more drink mix with ice before bed

Breakfast: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 small pear, 1/3 sf pancake syrup

Lunch: 4 oz chicken breast, 2 cups lettuce, 1 oz ranch dressing

Dinner: 3.5 oz pork chop, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup canned peas

Snacks:
1 oz mozzarella, 1 pc ham deli meat
1 hard boiled egg
1 oz honey roasted peanuts (before dinner)

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1522
Fat: 82.3
Carbs: 86.6
Protein: 116.0

Still, not bad. I'm sorry I don't have the times but everything I ate is here..
