Accountability - Wednesday
I haven't been myself today. Last night our little Jack Russell went missing and early this morning I found him, lifeless in the field near the house. Our beagle was barking all night last night, instead of hiding when the coyotees came through. She's the only reason his body was still there for us to bury..I had all my times and totals but the best I can muster is this:
1 24 oz herb tea
5 24 oz drink mix with ice
1 double espresso latte with soy milk
1 12 oz coffee with NSA Swiss Miss
1 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda
Breakfast was my protein waffles, pear and sugar free pancake syrup (and butter buds)
Lunch was 2.5 oz tilapia, 2 cups salad greens, 1 oz zesty italian dressing
Dinner: 1/3 lb cheese burger, sandwich thin, bacon, processed cheese and barbecue sauce
Snacks:
1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc deli ham
1 plum
1 hard boiled egg
1 oz honey roasted peanuts
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1552
Fat: 86.0
Carbs: 99.4
Protein: 109.7
Well, the day started out bad and I had a hard time finding the good in the whole situation but I did manage to pull it all together. I attribute it to planning..With planning, you don't have to think about anything, all of it is right there and you have only to remember to eat..that might have been a problem for me today..but it's a habit..
Bandit was a pound puppy. He wasn't 7 when we got him in 2008..he was 13, according to the vet. He spent the first 13 years of his life in an apartment with a little old lady, raised with his sister and a couple of cats..He shouldn't have been put in the pound at all at his age. And they should have euthanized him at 30 days but they just couldn't..we got him 3 months later after losing my little dog to an accident while we were on vacation. I didn't want him, didn't like him but he eventually grew on me. At our house he chased rabbits, dug holes, ran with the big dogs, slept on the bed, took vacations..cuddled up to sleeping babies..He had a really good life. In heaven I'm sure he's with his first owner telling her how much FUN he had with us in his 3 years of life.We don't know how he died but he's gone and we got closure by being able to bury him..that's not always the case out where we live..
Good night all!

I found the cheapest place to get cords for your laptop is on ebay..hopefully you can find one locally but I got two (one and a back up) for my son's laptop for about $5.00 on ebay..when mine started to get weird and not charge right, I bought one for mine for $7.00..cheap enough!
See you this weekend!
