Accountability - Tuesday
The weather is getting cooler. Ya know how I know? This morning first thing we had a Chinese Firedrill. I'm sure someone turned the space heater on under their desk and the dust caused the fire alarm to go off..Great times! I got up from my desk and moved around alittle more. That always helps me
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (or my sugar free hot cocoa mix..)
6:00 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 small pear and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:45 am double espresso soy latte (2 oz espresso and 4 oz of plain soy milk frothed)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash chocolate hazelnut
8:15 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Lemonade Caffeinated
9:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry Kiwi
11:00 am part of my salad: 5 oz tilapia, 2 cups salad greens, honey mustard dressing
11:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda
12:30 pm the rest of my salad
1:30 pm 6 oz Korean Melon (love LOVE this stuff! I can hardly wait to try and grow it next spring!)
2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango Tea
3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry Kiwi..
6:00 pm Hubby made stirfry..5 oz beef, 1 cup cooked veggies including corn, cabbage, onions, carrots, potatoes, spinach..and 1 oz honey roasted peanuts

I worked from home today; what a treat! Chinese Firedrill; how funny! I can't stay away from the pistachios when I buy them, so I try to only buy a small bag and take it to work with me. The salt and pepper ones are so good! I have some raw almonds and dried plums in my desk at work for emergencies, I think I may have one tomorrow.

1830-chicken, green salad, 1/4 c brown rice

all my water and such! Helping DD with homework and organization of her homework now that she is in middle school, we are taking it slow so she does not feel overwhelmed.
