Accountability - Monday
Up late this morning..the days are so short so early..I'm not gonna like the cold weather either! I may even have to bring a blankie in to work..I was freezing most of the day. I had to walk outside to warm up!
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (or my sugar free hot cocoa mix..)
6:15 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 small pear and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:45 am double espresso soy latte (2 oz espresso and 4 oz of plain soy milk frothed)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash chocolate hazelnut
8:20 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
10:15 am part of my lunch salad: 5 oz imitation crab meat, 2 cups salad greens, 1 oz zesty italian dressing
11:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda
12:45 pm the rest of my salad and 3 oz Korean Melon
1:20 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango Tea
3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 plum raw
3:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry Kiwi
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
6:00 pm 5 oz tilapia fried with light breading and tartar sauce, 1 cup salad with zesty italian dressing
7:00 pm 1 oz honey roasted peanuts

I have an old ugly sweater i keep at work for when I get cold; it is ugly but warm. We had a 20 degree drop in temp from yesterday to today. 70 is usually warm for us but after it was 90 on Sunday it felt cold! For the people on the East coast that were over 100 for so long would probably think our 90 was great and we were all hot and bothered!
0800-boiled egg and 1 packet of weight control yogurt
1200-egg noodle soup but left most of the noodles
1400-skinny cow candy
1530-choc chip cookie-darn traveling bake sale; I stay away from the goodies and they come and find me! I know I should of justtossed in some money and NOT have taken a cookie
1830-baked chicken, sweet potato, and brocoli
2000-1 graham cracker w 1 T pilsbury sf chocolate frosting
all my water and such. I am going to get to bed early tonight it is going to be a long week! DH is in New Orleans to work for 2 weeks.

Cookie? That's not too bad. I wish I could walk away from the stupid honey roasted peanuts..I keep going back for MORE..yikes.
