AH! Friday! so glad to see the weekend...

5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
   
5:30 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1/2 a large nectarine and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
   
6:30 am double espresso soy latte (2 oz espresso and 4 oz of plain soy milk frothed)
   
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Bavarian Berry
   
8:10 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat
   
8:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry
   
9:15 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
   
10:00 am 3 oz Korean Melon
   
11:00 am part of my salad: 5 oz imitation crab meat, 1 cup cole slaw
   
11:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
   
12:20 pm the rest of my cole slaw salad..
   
2:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
   
2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Pomegranate Lemonade Caffeinated
   
3:00 pm 1 plum
   
3:40 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
   
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
   
5:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, can't remember the flavor, honestly..    

6:30 pm 4 oz pork chop fried with barbecue sauce, 1/3 up mashed potatoes, 4 broccoli flowerettes

Not sure why the numbers are so low..I could add some dessert..I think I will! Have a great weekend everyone..And get out there and MOVE! It's good for the body and good for the spirt..
