4:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
4:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:00 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1/2 a large nectarine and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
5:30 am double espresso soy latte (2 oz espresso and 4 oz of plain soy milk frothed)
6:30 am double espresso soy latte (2 oz espresso and 4 oz of plain soy milk frothed)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut
8:10 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat
9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
10:00 am 4 oz korean melon (yummy stuff! and I saved the seeds)
11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Orange
1:00 pm 1.5 stuffed bell peppers and two rings of zucchini grilled..yum, even as left overs!
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
2:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:15 pm 1 plum
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Blueberry Acai Berry Caffeinated
4:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry Kiwi
6:00 pm 1/3 lb cheese burger on a sandwich thin with bacon and barbecue sauce (yum!)
No dessert but I did make my protein waffles so I will have breakfast as planned tomorrow (and for the next 8 days..) I just need to be sure to get some fruit this weekend so that I have at least some good carbs with it.

b- 1/4 c. activa plain yogurt with vanilla and slenda added
L- 2 slices whole wheat bread
2 slices american cheese
hand full doritos
D- 3 oz. chicken
1/2 small baked potatoe
14. c peas and carrots
snack 3 oreo's
1/2 c. whole milk -- bf bought these bad stuff
1 stick of chedder cheese
60 oz water
24 oz coffee
ice tea
i am 141 pounds.. woo hoo...
started at 270 pounds.
