Accountability - Tuesday
Oh my LORD I'm tired. The Canyon Fire came within about 3 miles of our home and we were directly down wind if the wind had been normal prevailing winds last night..scary stuff. This morning there is nothing left but charred ground..the fire is mostly out! AMEN! I know I'm going to need extra caffeine today cuz I got barely 5 hours sleep last night!
5:45 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1/2 a large nectarine and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:45 am double espresso soy latte (2 oz espresso and 4 oz of plain soy milk frothed)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut
8:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
10:00 am part of my lunch: 1 cup coleslaw and 5 oz imitation crab meat
10:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda
12:45 pm the rest of my coleslaw and imitation crab meat
1:50 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Dragon Fruit Caffeinated
2:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 medium plum
3:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
6:15 pm 5 oz steak from the bbq grill, several rounds of zucchini, grilled, 2 broccoli flowerettes and 1 oz honey roasted peanuts (as dessert)
I'm barely able to keep my eyes open! I just realized that I didn't post what I ate yesterday..It was a LONG day, I don't suppose it matters much that I was up at 3:30 am and asleep at 11:30pm..no matter what I ate, if I moved even somewhat, my calories didn't make up for the stress!

I think maybe a nice warm cup of chamomile tea alittle later after the mandatory half hour to an hour..but I'm so tired, I'm sure it's not necessary..

oh my that was awful close! I was just listening to the radio on the way home about all the fires in other states. I did not sleep well but it did not have anything to do with our safety! I plan on being asleep by 10 tonight!
0800-eggbeater veggie bake-my own recipe; kind of like a crustless quiche
1200-1'turkey and swiss on wheat
1400-snickerdoodle
1900-chicken and brocoli
2030-1/2 c greek yogurt w stevia, half banana and 2 T kashi go lean crunch
not enough water and no exercise except running up and down the stairs at work all day from the classroom to my office. Came down with a miserable summer cold on Friday and it has settled in my chest, but I do feel better today.
Tomorrow is hump day already!

I was getting really angry cuz the local Los Angeles news was all over the fire in Brentwood (25 acres) and the one in Agua Dulce (500 acres) and NOTHING, zip, nada on our fire which was 10 square MILES sunday night and 20 square MILES by Tuesday morning..It was like we count for nothing..no homes were threatened in Brentwood or AD..but we lost 18 structures and nothing on the news..
I was asleep by 7:30 last night but up by 5 am this morning..I'm feeling nearly normal!
