Much better sleep last night..I'm feeling rested after sleeping over 10 hours!

5:30 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1/2 a large nectarine and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:00 am double espresso soy latte (2 oz espresso and 4 oz of plain soy milk frothed)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut
8:15 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
10:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry (Caffeinated
10:40 am 1/2 large nectarine
11:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Tea with Lemon
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda

I am going to take Nyquil tonight; this cold has settled in my chest and the coughing is keeping me awake and giving me a headache. I came home early to take a nap and just now sat down! I finished up laundry and made dinner while doing dishes and lunches for tomorrow. Oh well I should sleep well tonight with the Nyquil and being stinking tired! I know I got my fluids because I sipped tea all day to stop coughing; i had 3 20 0z cups of peppermint tea at work, I have stuck with water since home.
0800-crustless veggie quiche that I made Sunday
1300-1/2 sandwich cup of soup
1600-baked cheetos
1900-homemeade chili mac- it is a WW recipe and really good as is but I throw in extra veggies
I might have a few sf cookies or a nsa skinny cow before bed
all my water and such, no exercise. I will at least get a walk in tomorrow

Don't wait on that cold..get it taken care of as soon as you can. As a mom and wife, we push ourselves to do all that wonder woman stuff and it's wrong..I don't know why we do it but we do!
