Really waiting for the weather to break so that we can do more during the day..it's been warm for way too long! I'm ready for winter..Church today and breakfast out, alittle shopping but not much purchased..I did some laundry, baked a pineapple upside down cake and made cole slaw for a barbecue tomorrow..and got some deviled eggs prepped..Oh, and crock potted a chicken/salsa/bean dinner including rice, which I hardly EVER eat!

My eats for the day:

First Breakfast: coffee (3 cups), 1/4 protein waffle, 1 small pear, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup

24 oz drink mix with ice, strawberry

Second Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices rye toast without the crust, 2 slices tomato

24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry

1 breaded shrimp from Friday night, 1 cheese biscuit also from Friday

24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange

Dinner: Crock pot: Chicken Breasts, black beans, salsa and 1/2 cup cooked white rice and cheddar cheese..

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1483
Fat: 57.8
Carbs: 164.8
Protein: 87.7

Well, there you  have it..too much rice and not enough protein..What the Heck? Oh well, I'll be better tomorrow at the barbecue..my friend Joanna makes the BEST ribs in the world..and my cole slaw is amazing!

How did you do? Did you stick to the plan? Did you come close? Did you even have a plan? A plan isn't necessary 100% of the time but it's like having a plan B..You should have one.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
