Uh OH! I forgot my little cheese and deli wrap snack today..LOL..I think I'll live but it did require adjustment!
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 small pear (microwaved) and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:00 am double espresso soy latte (2 oz espresso and 4 oz of plain soy milk frothed)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Vanilla while driving to work
8:15 am a bite of pork chop with a bite of pineapple that was grilled with it
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
9:45 am 24 oz drink mix with alittle ice, GV Strawberry
10:00 am 1 cup cole slaw
11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Caffeinated
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda
12:45 pm 4 oz pork chop (less what I ate at 8:15..)
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
2:30 pm 1 serving (16 pc) animal crackers, 2 T peanut butter
3:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
4:10 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Blueberry Acai Caffeinated
6:00 pm 2 oz steak, 4 ea shrimp cooked, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, some lobster sauce, 1 cup salad greens with ranch dressing (we went to Red Lobster for our anniversary..wanted the lobster, thought I ordered the lobster but it was just lobster sauce..shucks! Next time!)
