weight loss update
Hi I posted 3 weeks ago that I was going weigh****cher. As of this mornings weigh in im down 7.4 pounds in 3 weeks. I am FINALLY getting myself on track and hopefully going to lose the 30 pounds I regained. This plan is so easy to follow and you can have just about anything as long as you stay within your points, even pizza. Im also happy to report that I have my drinking ( alcohol ) under control, yeah
Thanks, I was really drinking alot, like 4-5 nights a week. I had a couple glasses of wine last friday night after not having any for 2 weeks and it hit me fast just like after surgery and I was sick all day saterday. Just like anything else you can build up a tolerance for it. Its amazing how much I was able to drink and eat, I feel I have found my pouch again.
