I always plan all that I'm gonna eat and usually eat less than what I planned. The only thing I didn't eat today was the sugar free pudding..Today was a better day than yesterday..I'm feeling a whole lot better. Recovered in time to enjoy the weekend and my anniversary Friday..We'll have been married 21 years! Woo Hoo..
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 small pear (microwaved) and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:00 am double espresso soy latte (2 oz espresso and 4 oz of plain soy milk frothed)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Vanilla while driving to work
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc deli ham
8:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Pomegranet Lemonade Caffeinated
9:30 am 1 slice sugar free banana bread that I made at home yesterday
11:30 am 12 oz drink mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda
1:00 pm 4 oz pork chop, 1 cup cole slaw
2:00 pm 12 oz drink mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
3:00 pm 12 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
3:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:00 pm 12 oz drink mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade

Busy day; it was DD first day of middle school and then I was off to work.
0900-oatmeal w splenda, boiled egg, and 1 veggie sausage
1100-1/2 maple bar
1300-1/2 turkey and havarti on wheat w lots of veggies and a cup of soup
1500-sf Vortmans tea ring cookies
1700-Kashi go lean crunchy bar
1930-stuffed peppers I made last night w 1/2 the rice and twide the veggies
2130-?NSA skinny cow?
all my water and such, no exercise had to go out after work for a few last schools upplies that were not on the list. Feel like I am coming down with a cold, I will be having at least two cups of Echinacea tea before bed!
