Accountablility Wed cafe and cardio
Activity plan for the day was a run before work and work.Reality was I did not set the alarm correctly so settled for a brisk 2 mile walk while dinner baked in the oven.
I did not have a plan for food so here is "reality" so far:
B-egg beater omellette w bacon and lots of veggies
S-apple and 2 sf Vortmans tea ring cookies
L-turkey and swiss on wheat w veggies and 1/2 the bread removed
D-stuffed green peppers- new recipe that I tweaked; 1/2 the rice and twice the veggies It is cooking now, they look really good
S-not sure probably sf jello or nsa skinny cow

24 oz diet snapple peach tea

My day was turned inside out because I had so little sleep last night. I woke up about 1 am shivering and with teeth chattering. The temps were about 65 degrees so it wasn't that cold..I got up and put my sweatpants on and got some more blankets, doubled over comforters..still shivering so I couldn't sleep..I missed about 3 hours sleep and it was hard to drag myself out of bed but I did. I got dressed and started getting into the day but soon figured out, it wasn't gonna work..I called in sick and went back to bed. I'm behind on water but here's how the day went:
Coffee with nsa swiss miss
protein waffles, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 tsp sf honey and half my vitamins
nap..
24 oz herb tea
1 oz mozzarella cheese stick and 1 pc deli ham
made some protein waffles and did two loads of laundry and hung them..
24 oz drink mix with ice
1 cup cole slaw, 4 oz chicken breast baked..
another nap
1 raw pear and 2 sf fudge covered cookies
made a loaf of sugar free banana bread to take to work tomorrow..yeah, I always feel guilty when I stay home, no matter how bad I feel!
4 oz steak, 5-6 flowerettes of cooked broccoli and some of a half a baked potato with 1/2 tablespoon margarine
24 oz drink mix with ice
Totals for the day:
Calories; 1467
Fat: 80.4
Carbs: 103.6
Protein: 93.3
Not bad..all things considered..I think I got enough rest to be functioning tomorrow..we'll see
