accountability Tuesday
My boss is out today..so of course was stressful..At least I didn't hit the crackers..the chili beans were bad enough but they're good carbs and not bread or sugar..Here's how it shook out:
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 small pear (microwaved) and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:00 am double espresso soy latte (2 oz espresso and 4 oz of plain soy milk frothed)
7:00 am 20 oz herb tea, Lipton Vanilla while driving to work (not in my normal cup so it's smaller)
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc deli ham
8:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
11:00 am 1/2 my lunch: 1 can tuna (oil packed), 2 cups lettuce, 1 roma tomato, 1 oz zesty italian dressing
11:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Orange
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda
12:45 pm the other half of my lunch
No training session today. The girl was without a car so she had to cancel.
1:00 pm 1 cup ranch beans (sort of like chili beans but without the meat, I guess)
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light energy STrawbwrry
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
6:30 pm 1/3 lb burger with processed cheese, 1 slice bacon, mayo and 2 large french fries
8:00 pm fudgesicle (sugar free of course) Totals for the day:

Protien: 139.00
Well, not ugly..not gorgeous but not ugly anyway..
