Accountability - Monday
Wow..I feel like I didn't get any sleep for the last two days..Maybe too many carbs..The weather is extremely hot compared to the first 3/4 of the summer..this weekend we hit 113 so we all feel like parboiled slugs! yuk. I'm gonna try and recover as best I can..
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:15 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 small pear (microwaved) and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:45 am double espresso soy latte (2 oz espresso and 4 oz of plain soy milk frothed)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Vanilla while driving to work
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc cotto salami
8:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry
10:30 am part of my lunch: 4 oz chicken breast, baked, 2 cups homemade cole slaw (made with splenda!)
11:15 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango Green Tea
No decaf today..I drank my Lipton Mandarin & Mango Iced Tea
1:00 pm the rest of my lunch of chicken and cole slaw
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Dragon Fruit Caffeinated
3:10 pm 1 hard boiled egg and 1 snack size sf pudding
4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
6:00 pm 1 oz honey roasted peanuts (give or take)
6:30 pm most of dinner of 8 oz pork chop, 1/2 cup canned beets
7:00 pm the rest of that pork chop..ouch I'm full!
