MIA - Weekend edition!

I didn't check in yesterday but my totals weren't too bad..We went to the fair last night and I didn't do too bad! Today I did pretty good too:

Breakfast: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 small pear, 1/3 sugar free pancake syrup

Coffee and double espresso latte

2nd breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 1 packet taco sauce, a few pineapple chunks, 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 slice canadian bacon..yum

Containers of water: 2

Containers of water with tea: 2

Snack, a small piece of pizza -

1 can of iced cappuccino..

Dinner: 4.5 oz porkchop, 1 cup cole slaw, 1/2 corn cob cooked..

Totals for teh day:

Calories: 1719
Fat: 91.3
Carbs: 130.3
Protein: 103.5

Still...not as bad as it could be..Those honey roasted peanuts and pizza didn't do me much good.
