Happy! The weekend is upon us now..but a friend of mine is in the throws of some serious depression..Major things have happened to her and her family and she's just not able to cope..so she's going into a facility for depression. I'm hoping and praying she gets better real soon..it just breaks my heart when a person so young (my daughter's ages) is so broken! The stress at work is making things hard for me but I can cope...it's friday I have to cope..

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 small pear (microwaved) and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup

6:30 am double espresso soy latte (2 oz espresso and 4 oz of plain soy milk frothed)

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Vanilla while driving to work

8:00 am 1/2 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat (I cut back on my cheese this week cuz I didn't have the money to buy more!) how pathetic is that? I bought more last night so next week will be back to a full ounce!

8:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Tea with Lemon

9:45 am my whole lunch! 3 oz tilapia (seasoning rinsed off!) and a cup of salad greens and an ounce of ranch dressing

11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange

12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with splenda and half n half..

12:45 pm (don't look, it got ugly right here!) 2 servings of reduced fat wheat thins, 1 small pear and 2 T peanut butter..

1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated

2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry

3:00 pm 24 oz drink with ice..this was a 11 oz can of cappuccino and ice making 24 oz..yum...caffeinated (of course)

4:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Red Tea Mandarin

5:30 pm (don't look again! It's pizza!) a triple cheese pizza with canadian bacon, sausage and pineapple added and I ate 1/3 of the whole thing! It was a smallish pizza but still..I knew it was gonna be bad:

Depression is treatable even severe depression. Treatment is so much better now than even 20 years ago. Work stress is hard, we are all on edge too and people crying, makes it hard to go in every morning!

It has to be more treatable than it used to be! My grandmother had post partum depression and they institutionalized her for two years! That was in 1950. I have a hard time wrapping my mind around depression that bad. I'm not sure I even understand it but I sympathize..

Wow..kids grow up so darn fast..I remember all my kids at the ages that their kids are at anymore!

My hubby got a pizza from a friend who gets food from the Senior Center..we get cans of tuna and veggies sometimes..a loaf of bread occasionally (which I don't buy so I'm okay with that)..He actually gave us so many cans of refried beans that we had to give them to the church! No way could we eat that many refries! So with a cheese pizza I bought some canadian bacon, a can of pineapple, some breakfast sausage and deluxed it up..Still..wow! I was afraid to look at the stats and didn't look at my percentages. But one day isn't what caused a problem..I just have to keep remembering that!

Have a great weekend..I'm gonna try and move a lot this weekend..See ya.
