Not a bad day. It's getting closer to the weekend..closer!
5:45 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 batch vanilla protein waffles, 1 pear (microwaved) and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso soy latte
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Mixed herb tea..I basically used all the old tea bags sitting on the counter in one giant cup
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat
8:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
10:00 am 1 cracker with hummus in it..I'm not a fan of hummus but it's alright I guess.
10:30 am first course of lunch: 6 oz burger patty, 1/2 baked potato, 1 medium tomato, 1.5 oz lite balsamic vineagrette
11:15 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda
1:00 pm the rest of my lunch and a sugar free chocolate pudding cup
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated (food made me sleepy!)
3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
3:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
6:00 pm 3.75 oz pork chop, grilled, 1/4 cup mashed potato, 2/3 cup canned peas cooked
I know I'm gonna have some honey roasted peanuts later too..Included:

1200-tomato soup and egg salad on an orowheat thin w veggies
1400-cottage cheese and pears
1630-sunchips-darn!
1830-baked salmon, sweet potato and brocoli
2100-?not sure, i am out of skinny cows and strawberries?
all my water and such and am about to drag DD and DH on a walk.

I bet if I lived up there for any length of time my son would whine "OHH, Salmon AGAIN?" LOL..I love that stuff but what we get here isn't fresh and ISN'T cheap either..
Some of those desserts, I just wanna stand and stare at those..You know, the mouth agape and blank..I can't even remember being able to eat a whole Costco Chocolate Chip Muffin either but I do remember that the fat in it made my mouth feel like I'd just slurped olive oil..LOL..
You're doing great..Pears are on sale lately..I'm eating a bunch of them..they're a good substitute for my apples!
