Accountability - Tuesday
Enough sleep is apparently not enough sleep. I feel just as tired as before I got over 8 hours..what is up with that?
5:45 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 batch vanilla protein waffles, 1 pear (microwaved) and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso soy latte
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Berry
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat
8:45 am 12 oz coffee with powdered creamer and splenda
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach
10:30 am part of my lunch: 5 oz (after cooking) burger patty on a corn tortilla (2 tortillas, 1 patty) and 1/2 T bleu cheese
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf americano (espresso with water) with half n half and splenda..they gave it to me for free cuz they didn't have any decaf to brew today! Wow..Blessings just keep comin!
1:00 pm the rest of my lunch..the other half of that burger patty and tortilla with bleu cheese dressing.
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry
3:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
6:30 pm grilled chicken leg meat, 1/2 small potato, baked, 1/2 cup green beans from canned
Totals for teh day:
Calories: 1671
Fat: 86.8
Carbs: 112.3
Protein: 121.5
Not bad at all. I've included an ounce of honey roasted peanuts in my totals. I'm not sure when I'm gonna eat them but I promise I will. and then another container of water, I think!

I have not logged my food yet, but will before bed. I had a heavy eating day but I think I improved once home from work; which is usally the opposite! Stressful at work, found out not only our manager but our director too are being placed elsewhere and other manager and director are "absorbing" our department. Craziness is what it sounds like to me.
You live near Oxnard; is that close to Port juaneme and Port Magoo? My husband was stationed down there for training about 6 years ago. It was a nice area, Oxnard sounds familiar and rings a bell with the strawberries.
