Accountability - Sunday
What a long long weekend! Starting Friday night with walking so much around the fair and then shopping on Saturday..today we walked around the mountain car show and I even got a sunburn! well, not a sunburn but I did get some sun..tan lines..lots of walking today and I'm not ready for the work week..whew but I am SO tired..
Eats for today:
breakfast early early..my protein waffles and pear, coffee
at our breakfast in town before the car show I didn't even have a breakfast but a 1/4 lb burger with french fries, burger was wrapped in lettuce with tomatoes, pickles, onions and thousand island dressing..( oh, and four cups of coffee with half n half and splenda)
24 oz drink mix, I forget the flavor
24 oz drink mix...I think it was Crystal Light Strawberry Caffeinated
snack: 1/2 cheddar cheese and deli ham
double espresso latte (to wake up..headed to a barbecue at a friends house!)
pork spare ribs - the worlds BEST ones that my friend makes..I ate so much I got so tired from eating that much..three of them, fruit salad (mostly strawberries) and some bean dip and corn chips

Wow..I would have thought I did better on the protein..But that's alright. I did more walking this weekend than I've done in a long long time.

Accountability for Sunday was not so hot but this is what the thread is for...I do so much better wen I am at work and control myself. I just need more discipline in my life.
B- 1 tortilla with a smear of beans, 1 oz of cheddar cheese,and 1 tbsp of chorizo and potato
S- a cheese stick (mozzarella)
D- honey bbq chicken wings (5).
S- PB crackers
I know I need more H2O and exercise and better eating habits. Started Monday off lots better. I did not weigh myself though as I was too scared. Will do it tomorrow morning. I should not be afraid of the scale. It just has not been my friend lately. I plan on walking tonight. So, I shall check in tomorrow.

On the weekends, you'll probably notice I don't keep track of the times at all...that's because I'm far more anal at work and that's a good thing. I'm trying to get better at home and therefore get ready to retire and not get obese again so it's a process..
A LONG LONG process..each day, each hour..each evening..more temptations, more urges to eat the wrong thing and forget the good things (vitamins and water). but we get do-overs every day..put the past behind you and start over..fresh.
If you ever do find where discipline is hiding..let me know..I need some really bad when I don' thave my computer to remind me of things..
