Hello Graduates!

I have gained 8 pounds.  There I said it.  Not happy about it so I am going back to basics.  I am going to start eating like I did when I first began eating solid foods.

I can tell my hunger level has changed and I am eating larger portions.  Any advice would be appreciated.

I have to remember:  I AM IN CHARGE OF MY BEHAVIOR---NO ONE ELSE!

8 pounds is totally within your grasp..you can do this..journal your foods, protein first and remove the useless white carbs and increase the fluids..and MOVE more..

You can do this!
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Yup-what Dawn said.  I eat a lot more than I did a year ago, but I keep my activity level very high by working out 6 days a week.  If you want to eat more, you gotta move more.  It really is about calories in vs. calories out.

You can do it!!
