Accountability - Thursday
Teaching a training session this morning..woo hoo. I decided that I would like to get off early tomorrow. I asked my boss and we'll see what she says..keeping my fingers crossed!
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 batch vanilla protein waffles, 1 pear (microwaved) and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:00 am double espresso latte
6:30 am double espresso latte
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash chocolate hazelnut
8:15 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
10:45 am part of a salad: 6 oz chicken breast, baked, 1.5 cup lettuce chopped, 1/2 cup broccoli chopped, 2 slices tomato, 1 oz ranch dressing
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda
1:00 pm the rest of that salad and a Handi Snack SF pudding cup
1:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
2:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry
6:15 pm 3 oz fried tilapia, 2 small baby white potatoes baked, 1/2 cup green beans from canned, 1 T margarine

Nice numbers. I'm good with that. I'm sure hoping that we can make it to the fair tomorrow night. It's free with free parking and I'm taking an hour off so I can get there in time..dear hubby is dragging his feet for a bunch of his reasons..but if need be, I'll be going alone..

Will you find out how your display did at the fair tomorrow? Hope you make it to the fair with or without DH. I usually send DH and DD off to the rides or to have an elephant ear so I can look at exhibits in peace! I was out and about all day then in the car forever it seemed. Just got home from Oregon.
0830-eggs, sausage and fresh pineapllle
1200-ceasar salad no croutons and not much dressing with a small wheat roll
1300-nsa yo cream w raspberries and strawberries
1530-string cheese, 2 snack well cookies
1700-1 of 2 granola bar
1800-apple
2000-inside of a philly steak sandwich and 10 fries
not enough water and forgot to pack my vits for our overnight trip. I will have a do over day tomorrow! Not as bad as it seemed after typing it out but I like to plan out my meals better than this.
