Accountability - Wednesday
Early to bed; early to rise..makes a girl really tired by Friday...Just sayin! We had a birthday celebration..I was tempted to eat some jello cuz it was so freakin beautiful but ..stuck to the taco salad..yeah..I did good. I did have beans and some canned jalepenos..when I saw them on the table I just had to have some..and some corn chips to go with them..and those are not included in my totals so..the numbers are higher than they appear..your mileage may vary!
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am AH! !/4 batch vanilla protein waffles, 1 pear (microwaved) and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash chocolate hazelnut
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat
8:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
10:00 am 1 medium grapefruit
11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry
12:15 pm taco salad at our birthday celebration: 2/3 cup cooked ground beef, 1/3 cup cooked chicken breast, 2 cups lettuce, 1 oz raw carrot, shredded mexican blend cheese, 1/4 cup, 1 oz ranch dressing
2:15 pm 1 hardboiled egg
2:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Orange
3:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Power Edge Tangerine Strawberry Caffeinated
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
5:45 pm 1/3 lb burger with processed cheese, 1 T mayo and 2 slices tomatoes on a sandwich thin (whole wheat)..
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1721
Fat: 97.5
Carbs: 100.2
Protein: 122.3
I hit my target for protein and carbs(so long as I don't include the corn chips!)..A tad high on fat and calories but it's alright..I had really good carbs today with that salad and the grapefruit..I'm happy with that group of numbers.

Nope and nope..I average exactly 1500 calories a day for the last two months..occasionally I hit 1700 or even 1900 but there are days where I only get 1100 calories in..I eat few white carbs but occasionally I do have a handful of chips. Yes, I do have to eat every couple of hours..because if I don't eat, and eat right, every couple of hours I'll succumb to the urge to eat a BAG of chips..
One day of eating like this did not make me obese..One week of eating like this did not make me obese..What made me obese was eating a package of cookies each and every day for several years..What made me obese was eating a double bacon cheese burger, large fries and an extra large chocolate shake for ONE meal..three or four times a week..
I understand what you are saying about not wanting to waste your hard work..The tool is still workiing for me. I'm at goal and have been for over four years.

You are so positive and I sure did appreciate the feedback on my other post. I also thought you handled yourself like a pro answering back a woman who thought your caloric intake was too high. I am so having a bad day today. Yesterday was out of this world!
Wednesday
B- pure protein shake
L- turkey, feta, mango salsa roll ups (2) and strawberries (fresh, about 4)
D- pulled pork with honey bbq sauce on 2 white pieces of bread (I know, it was all we had and wanted a sammich and did not want to go back out as it was late).
S- made Eggface choc 5 monute protein cake. Wanted choc cake all darn day. It was good and hit the spot as well as the CRAVING. Had a slice last night, then another about 3 AM (woke up hungry)
Thursday (so far)
B- pure protein shake and a slice of 5 min choc protein cake
L- turkey, hummus, feta rollups (2) with fresh strawberries (about 8)
S- made the mistake of goingto Sprouts and taste testing a choc bananachip, several choc covered cherries, and bought osme PB pretezels as well as pop chips.
Been driving around with job all day and mindlessly snacked on a serving of salt and vinegar pop chips.
This is my problem.
Dinner is going to be something light ! I so would love to exercise, but still experiencing hip pain. Have an appt on 10/11 with a specialist. And it is over 110 degrees here daily. I live in South Texas! I need to do some type of exercise though.

Each of us is different. One person can eat no more than 800 calories or they gain weight..If I don't eat at least 1500, I'll lose weight..sadly, most people get irritated because I can do that and they can't..but I move more than most people..
Ooops on the snacks..But in the car, what can you snack on but pure carbs? The good thing is that one day isn't gonna kill you. I've stressed over a whole week of not knowing what I was eating (stats wise) while on vacation or a cruise and low and behold...I lost weight!
It's 110 usually around here this time of year and no humidity so it's not too bad but it hasn't been that hot this summer..just up to 105 or 106 for a day or two..
I LOVE eggfaces minute microwave *cup* cakes..those are to die for! And her protein pancakes are what I modeled my protein waffles from..
