Tuesday (day 2)
B- forgot breakfast...boo!
L- 1 sandwhich thin, turkey and feta cheese with mango salsa. Was still hungry so I had some pickles and a meat roll up of turkey and cheese with mango salsa.
S- twix...kingsize. I had a moment of weakness.
D- shake then later a hummus turkey, feta cheese meat roll up.
I also got up at midnight and half a bagel. My carb addiction got the better of me.

How are your stats? The list looks great..I know mangos are high carb but they're good carbs..twix, yeah...not great but still, so long as you aren't eating them all day and night..they're cool. I have a feeling it was the twix that called to that bagel in the middle of the night..they do that, darn things!
