Accountability for me
Well, today is day 2 of being on the wagon again. Yesterday was a good day:
B: Pure protein shake
L: mediterran wrap (turkey, feta cheese, onion, hummus, tomaotes, fresh greens) minus the wrap; fresh strawberries
Snack: 2 dr. krackers
Dinner: chicken veggie soup
Snack: 2 dr. krackers and strawberry cream cheese
weight: 164
Tuesday will be a good day!
