Accountability - Monday
I'm having a boring time at work already this week. No admins around, still work to do but have to wait for their input..and some co-workers are driving me NUTS..
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (Actually, this is sugar free cocoa mix I made myself! good stuff)
6:00 am 1/2 my normal serving of protein waffles. I tried to dunk them into my coffee and that sure didn't work! I had to make a completely different batch cuz this isn't going to make it. My pouch is worth GOOD food, no semi-nasty food allowed..
6:00 am double espresso latte..(2 oz espresso, 1/2 cup plain soy milk frothed)
6:30 am double espresso latte
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Caramel Vanilla
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat
8:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
9:30 am the other 1/2 of my normal waffles with just peanut butter on them..microwaved with a dab of water to soften them!
10:20 am 1 small pear, raw
12:00 pm 12 oz coffee with half n half and splenda
12:45 pm 2 medium fried chicken drumsticks
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Dragon Fruit Caffeinated
3:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 small orange raw
4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
5:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
6:00 pm 4 oz Pork Chop, 2 baby potatoes baked, 1 oz honey roasted peanuts
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1744
Fat: 94.9
Carbs: 112.3
Protein: 123.0
I'm done..Tomorrow I get do-overs...so I'll try again tomorrow..

What was wrong with you day, the numbers look good.
I did just so-so, busy at work getting ready for my all day class tomorrow. We ate dinner outside on the deck then went for a walk, should of been a run but it is better than sitting on the couch.
0830-boiled egg and oatmeal w splenda
1000 fiber one brownie and apple
1200-carne asada beef, 1 corn tortilla and steamed brocoli(instead of rice and beans)
1400-mini tootsie roll, mini kit kat
1800-chicken breast, 1/2 corn on the cob, sweet potato
2030-nsa skinny cow
all my water and such, 2 mile walk
I have made my lunch for tomorrow and snacks to stay away from temptation, not sure what will be for dinner but ground beef is thawing out!

Maybe feeling a little guilty over the high fat content and high calories..Whenever I eat fried chicken I worry that the fat is gonna mess with my gallbladder..it seems to be doing okay though..
You did great..I walked some last night, all around the property and such but I guess that just slips my mind! Planning is the only way to stay temptation free (well, not free but still. Less likely to give in to temptation if you have your own snacks.)
