Accountability - Saturday
Interesting day..I got up early and moved alot of the day..a bit of walking, lots of prep for next week and beyond..I cooked up three chicken breasts for my 4 oz packets of chicken and then 7 waffles (actually 8 cuz I ate one..) but that will last me the week..I bought snacks too..sugar free cookies and honey roasted peanuts. Even tried deep fried chicken drumsticks for dinner..
My eats:
1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 small pear, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup (a serving is 1/4 cup..WAY more than I like on my little waffle!)

double espresso latte
24 oz container of water
2 scrambled eggs and tomato slices
24 oz container of water
1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc deli ham
24 oz container of water
a few nibbles of chicken off the bones after I baked the chicken and packaged it..I figure alittle more than an ounce.

Not bad..again. fat was alittle high..carbs were good. protein was better than I was planning cuz I only planned on 1 drumstick but stayed up late and had two more!

I ate a lot but exercized a lot! I was up early for a nice run with my friend. She runs with me from -8 then runs again with our group from 8 until she is done. She is doing a marathon in October. I then went to weigh****chers and lost a pound from last week; hard to believe it was not more but I am not going to fixate on it and hopefully it will be better next week. That is why I do not like to weigh but go by how my clothes feel.Trouble was switching from my winter to spring/summer clothes it took longer than usual to pick up I was up again.

1300-piece of bread w parmeson melted on it
1430-light tuna salad on lc tortilla and sf applesauce
1830-salad from Wendys, chicken, apples. craisons, cheese-yum

2200-Whonu cookies
I had a nice run then I went for a super hilly brisk walk with my sister. All my water and such. Tonight was the first of 2 performances of my DD musical-Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat. It was so cute; she had a small solo to sing and a part to tap solo as well.

That number on the scale really messes with your mind. I have my battles with it too. I know that if I start building muscle that number will get bigger and it scares the heck outta me..I know! I KNOW! its not my worth, it's not even a good indication of how I'm doing. It's my clothes, it's how I feel but for all the 52 years of measuring myself by the scale (starting from birth weight, now how many doctors counselled us on our babies birth weights!?) to now..it's the measure that is stuck in my mind..
I hate it! HATE IT..but we have to dea with our demonsl.
Your daughter is awesome..I couldn't carry a tune in a lead bucket or move my feet at all..lol..congrats to her and you!
