Accountability - Friday
Well, the weekend is FINALLY here! Woo Hoo..I got up early.
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (Actually, this is sugar free cocoa mix I made myself! good stuff)
6:00 am 2 fried eggs, 2 corn tortillas, 1 oz cheddar cheese
6:45 am double espresso latte..(2 oz espresso, 1/2 cup plain soy milk frothed)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Caramel Vanilla
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Power Edge, Wild Berry
10:30 am part of my lunch salad: 1 can tuna (water pack) 1.75 oz chicken from last night, 1 cup broccoli slaw (homemade)
10:15 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Orange (you know, this orange isn't as good as Hawaiian Punch orange. I bet the taste is the same, it's the color that is different..this is too yellow, HP is more ORANGE)..
12:30 pm the rest of my salad..I went shopping on my lunch hour..visit my mom after work..
1:00 pm 6 oz lite yogurt and 1/8 cup sunflower seeds (wow, my totals are way high for protein and low for carbs today..maybe popcorn is a dessert option!)
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg, medium orange
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit
5:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
7:00 pm 1/3 lb cheese burger on a sandwich thin, with bacon.
I'll even include some kettle corn..yeah, that will be nice..
Totals for the day:

Well, could be worse..I think I did pretty darn good..

You did do good! I struggled with cravings but did okay I think.

You know, I don't have any idea for sure. I have seen stats somewhere that it's 1 gram per pound of weight, if you're active and exercising..I figure I have a target of 120 per day (because I'm 125 lbs) but then I will consider myself doing good so long as I hit 100 and carbs less than that..and not the white kind of carbs either.
I know it's not a good answer but it's the only answer I can give you..100-120 and good carbs under that...I don't much care about the calories but I checked my fitday stats and I average about 1500 a day on that..some days up to 2000 and down to 1200...As they say: Your mileage may vary.
How are you doing and how is that little grand baby..The way time flies, she's probably starting school this fall? LOL..Take care, girlfriend..

The doctor is having a fit about my protein being so low. And I forgot how much I am suppose to have. I have ketones in my P.P. My daughter and the grand baby moved away. I have not seen hte baby since she was 1 month old. The baby's daddy and I don't get alone at all. He drinks and does drugs and I called DSS on them and they got mad. I don't care. That 3 lb. baby is going to get took care of. I seen a picture on facebook she has 2 teeth and walking. They got me blocked but my sister can see it. I just put it all in God's hands and had to let it go. It was killing me. And I couldn't do that to my son. Not fair to him, he didn't do nothing. lol...How are you doing? And thanks for answering my question. I know you know your stuff. You are doing so good and keeping your weight on a good track. Proud of you!

Protein is hard to digest..it's much easier to eat carbs..You need balanced good carbs and protein, but you already know that..
I'm sorry to hear about the grandbaby and your daughter. Kids have their own brains and tend to do exactly what will push our buttons most..Keep praying for them..
