Different day completely..I got up super late..no time for anything..I've been running late ever since! I guess I was short with my sweety too..apologies all around!
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (Actually, this is sugar free cocoa mix I made myself! good stuff)
6:15 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 small pear raw, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:45 am double espresso latte..(2 oz espresso, 1/2 cup plain soy milk frothed)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Caramel Vanilla
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
10:00 am 1 medium grapefruit
11:20 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda
12:45 pm 2/3 cup ground beef cooked, 2/3 cup mixed veggies from canned
1:00 pm 1 serving (16 pc) reduced fat wheat thins and 2 T peanut butter
2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
3:15 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry
6:00 pm 3 oz grilled chicken breast, 1/2 oz cheddar cheese, 2 small corn tortillas (and a serving of sugar free oreo cookies)

1200-sandwich thin w turkey, havarti and tons of veggies
1400-fiber one brownie and 30 red grapes
1530-sf jello cup and a sf ff pudding cup
1800-teriyaki chicken, 1/4 c rice. grean salad, and gyoza
?2000? probably a nsa skinny cow
all my water and such, no exercise yet might do yoga or pilates before bed. I am on the fence about taking tomorrow off or going in to work. I would like to stay home and clean while DD is at camp all day.

I make them..My recipe is:
2 eggs
1/3 cup CarbQuick
1/2 Non Fat Cottage Cheese
1/2 Plain Soy Milk
2 T Flax meal
1 T Flax oil
(the flax stuff, isn't necessary) but this recipe makes 4 waffles.

I forgot one important ingredient..the protein powder. One scoop..I use Carb Thin Protein baking mix but I believe if you have any protein mix, you can use what tastes good to you. Carb Thin comes in Vanilla and chocolate and I've added sugar free syrup to it to make it different..
