Accountability - Tuesday
Oh my this week is just dragging..I feel like I've been holding my breathe to get me to Wednesday since Friday! Tomorrow is payday..woo hoo..a couple of pennys to spend!
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 small pear raw, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:45 am double espresso latte..(2 oz espresso, 1/2 cup plain soy milk frothed)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Mint
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry (no color to this one..I'd rather have color!)
10:00 am 1 taco: 1/4 cup ground beef, 1/4 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 small corn tortilla
11:00 am 1 taco (same as the last one. I brought FOUR!)
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda
12:30 pm 2 tacos (same as the first two..now I'm FULL!)
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Peach Caffeinated
2:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
6:00 pm 4 oz tilapia fried, 1/2 mixed veggies, 1 small baked potatoes oh, and a sugar free short bread cookie!
totals for the day:

Now those are good numbers..great numbers..

You did have good numbers! Our copier could keep your hubby busy; ours has been "repaired" every work day this week and last week. It is just old and over used. We are constantly making copies; one copier for roughly 6000 employees educational needs! Can't wait to hear about your fair experience! It is nice to have something fun to look forward to on the weekends; we do okay in summer but in the winter all we seem to do is cleand,cook, and get ready for Monday;yuck!

1000-weight control oatmeal and 2 boiled eggs
1300-lc chicken ceasar wrap w lf dressing and grapes
1530-fage, strawberries
1800-apple
1900-meatloaf,mashed potatoes, brocoli
2000-the last madeline
all my water and such. No exercise yet but plan on doing a yoga or pilates on demand exercise before bed. I read the book The Help" the movie opens tomorrow. I am going to see it this weekend, I hope it is as good as the book!

I remember living in Great Falls (MT)...during the winters that felt like they lasted two years long, we were either snowed in or frozen in (when it's 30 degrees below zero and the wind is blowing the snow and ice around, even if the sun is shining, you just don't wanna go outside!)..and it was extremely hard to get motivated to do anything..I much rather have the weather we have here, even if it can get up to 115 degrees..
I know! I can hardly wait to see how they respond to my collection..I love my hermit crabs...LOL..
You did good..I need to do some more yoga. I get so stiff and I know it's just cuz I don't use those muscles..my shoulders and neck..It looks funny when I do stretches in the convertible...people look at me funny anyway..
