Accountability - Monday
We had our neighbor's daughter spend the night last night but she wasn't feeling well in the morning..I think she's too excited about starting 7th grade, actually but she says no..I remembered to bring an aquarium set up for hermit crabs for a friend at work. I wasn't expecting it but she offered to pay me..I said just give me enough for Starbucks $5. LOL..I swear, God takes really good care of me! Most all the things I gave her were given to me with crabs that we adopted so it didn't cost us anything..I gave her water conditioner and a handful of shells for them..
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 small pear raw, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:45 am double espresso latte..(2 oz espresso, 1/2 cup plain soy milk frothed)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Bavarian Berry
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated (If I could find a good strawberry without caffeine, I'd probably have that but the Kiwi Strawberry from Walmart doesn't have a color and for some reason, I don't like it..it tastes better if it's pink...)
10:00 am part of my lunch salad: 4 oz baked chicken breast, 1 cup homemade coleslaw with added broccoli stems (shredded)..and a bit of bleu cheese dressing..
11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Pink Lemonade
11:30 am 24 oz drink mix with left over ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda
12:45 pm the rest of that chicken salad
1:00 pm 6 oz light yogurt, banana
1:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wylers Peach Tea
3:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 medium orange raw
4:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
5:45 pm 1 medium stuffed bellpepper..They're on sale lately so we're eating them alot..I found a recipe that is about like what my hubby does with them (low carb) and did the stats from that..Oh, and a sugar free short bread cookie..
I wasn't gonna have anything more but I decided at 7 pm to have about 10 crackers and a tablespoon of peanut butter..yeah, my sleeping pill!

Did you win any prizes at the fair? It was a sad day at work with the first three not there, I can't wait for this month to go by so things can get back to normal around here! Work went by fast and I was able to get organized for my classes next week. The copier was acting up again so I just have a lot of copying to do tomorrow, and then stuffing packets. I did okay today and even got a run in; had to talk myself into it!
0915-ww breakfast sandwich

I've been wondering when they'll do the judging actually..there isn't any indication on the website but I'll probably find out before the 20th if not that day. That's the first day that I can attend the fair..It opens the afternoon of the 19th and goes till the 28th. We have to pick up our displays on the 29th..I've never done this before so I don't know anything for sure!
Hubby was a copier sales and repair guy for years..so we cant' have a copier at all! LOL..I bring him home small office machines (electric staplers) and such so that he can fix them, just to save the office money and give him something to work on..LOL..
You do so awesome..I plan some major walking two weekends in a row..The Swapmeet on the 14th and a car show on the 21st..and the fair in there on the 20th I think..and then probably again on the 27th..Those are the days that they'll take an elementary school book for admission..
Keep up the good work. See ya.
