Accountability - Sunday
Not having a horrible day but not all that good..Tomorrow is work and I need a serious attitude adjustment..My eats for the day:
Early: coffee with my sugar free cocoa mix (like Swiss Miss)
Breakfast: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup..
double espresso latte with soy milk
24 oz container of water with drink mix
4 oz corned beef from left overs
24 oz container of water with drink mix and ice
24 oz container of water with drink mix and ice
1 cup cooked veggies (cabbage and carrots)
24 oz container of water with drink mix and ice..
Oh yeah, and a cup of coffee before we went out shooting with some friends..
24 oz container of water with ice
3 oz cooked beef, 1 cup of stewed veggies, cabbage, potatoes, carrots and some instant brown gravy
6 sugar free Murray's Oreo-like cookies..
Not thinking anything else to eat but maybe something to drink. I was out in the sun for quite some time shooting..the heat just took the want-to right out of me. I did some cleaning earlier and some laundry..
