Accountability - Sunday
Barbecue today..I marinated pork chops and put pineapple on them grilled and grilled corn on the cob too..then chocolate ring cake with frozen cool whip (not for me but everyone else) and it was a hit!
My only problem today was that my second breakfast (scrambled eggs) came back up..so my totals were LOW even before I got into the afternoon:

protein waffles, banana, sf pancake syrup
double espresso latte with soy milk
24 oz container of water with flavor packet
2 scrambled eggs, 1 tomato slice (tasted pretty good too..)
then I got sick..

1 oz mozzarella cheese stick and 1 pc ham deli meat
24 oz container of water with flabor packet
5 oz grilled pork chop, 1 slice pineapple from canned, 1 medium ear corn on the cob
So my totals:
Calories: 1133
Fat: 54.4
Carbs: 82.9
Protein: 88.5
Actually, all things considered, it wasn't a bad day. I'm getting ready for the fair display next Saturday..have my collection gathered and the descriptions ready..
