Again up alittle late. Last night I was told that I could go to an event in Riverside County this weekend for WLS group but that they only had room for one and not my spouse..It's hard to decline but it doesn't make sense for me to go by myself since he's part of this team effort in my life..so I told the moderator (a woman I highly respect and admire) I would have to pass this year..next year, I'll reserve two spots for us both..
 
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss  

6:15 am 1/4 serving protein waffles,1/2 large apple microwaved for 2 minutes, 1/3 serving sf pancake
syrup and butter buds  

6:45 am double espresso latte..(2 oz espresso, 1/2 cup plain soy milk frothed)  

7:15 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Vanilla Chai  

8:15 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat  

9:15 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated  

10:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice (left over from the previous drink) Wyler's Raspberry Lemonade  

10:20 am 1 medium nectarine  

12:30 pm salad: 4.3 oz tuna (in a pouch), 2 cups lettuce, 1/2 medium tomato, 1 oz ranch dressing  

1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango  

3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Green Berry Rush  

3:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg  

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice,   (picked up my new prescription too!)

5:30 pm 1/3 lb burger patty, brown gravy, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup green beans, 1 oz honey roasted peanuts  

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1471
Fat: 78.5
Carbs: 88.9
Protein: 111.9

Not bad at all. I've done worse..How did you do? I'm figuring another ice water before bed and that will be here real soon..

This is what I had yesterday, I think I did pretty good

Morning coffee and then coffee w/a scoop of ON Caramel Toffee Fudge protein (yummy)

breakfast: 1 medium egg, slice cheese, 1 slice ham on a whole wheat toast

Snack: and other protein shake same as above

Lunch: Turkey patty w/salad

Dinner: oboy these is where I always went wrong before: today I'll be having a chicken breast w/some kind of veggie
correction for Dinner: I had about 4 ozs of chicken breast w/broc and 1/2 cup of brown rice

snack: 1 Dannon light & fit yogurt w/fresh strawberries (about 2 of them cut up)

Have you seen the new Starbucks Infused Coffee Beans? Caramel is the one I'm interested in..and there's a $1.50 coupon for it in our paper this week..I have an espresso maker and a coffee grinder that will grind an espresso grind..thinking really hard about this one..yeah!

Nope haven't seen the advertisements... I try to stay away from Starbucks....LOL I love the coffee from there but it gets so expensive..

This is suppose to be available in grocery stores like Albertsons..I have an espresso maker so I would never buy it there when i can make it at home for pennies on their dollar..I know exactly what you mean. I go on my lunch for a decaf because I can use their wifi but it's ony $1.50 for a tall...which is way more than I should pay but I want the wifi access!

This is what I recall;
0700-protein drink
0900-oatmeal w splenda and a boiled egg
1030-apple
1230-1/2 club sandwich
1600-1/2 club sandwich
1900-bagel thin, ham, fried egg and rf cheese
2200-skinny cow candy thing times 2!
all my water and such
Bummer on the missed event; next year will be here in the blink of an eye!
