Relaxing day..doing next to nothing. Not that I'm all that happy about it but still, doesn't change anything..I think some things need to be adjusted in my lifestyle here..not enough activity!

Breakfast: normal breakfast..waffles, strawberries and sf pancake syrup..

2nd breakfast: scrambled eggs, tomato, rye toast

Lunch: 4.3 oz tuna pouch with tomato slices and italian dressing

Dinner: 1/3 lb burger patty with cheese, bacon, mayo on a sandwich thin

sugar free pudding cup with honey roasted peanuts..

Carb: 76.1
Protien: 119.8

Not bad at all. I'm tired and the sugar free pudding made me nauseous..argh..
