Wow..how does a Friday end up worse than a Monday? I'm not sure but I really am seriously glad the week is over..I forgot to send my list of foods home so ...I'll tell you what I ate but not the times..That's how bad this day was. I would have forgotten my brains if they weren't included in my head!

Breakfast - protein waffles with strawberries and sf pancake syrup

double espresso latte

herb tea for the drive into work..oh, got gas and managed to get 21.5 miles to the gallon this week! AND I found an extra bill in my wallet so I have extra money this weekend. SWEET..

1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc low fat ham (not turkey ham this time).

early lunch (thought I'd get two ... I was wrong): left over burger from last night..well, not the whole burger, there was a bite out of it..this was just meat and cheese on a sandwich thin

snack: 6 oz low fat yogurt and 1/2 cup chopped up strawberries..

never ate my hard boiled egg or the nectarine..too busy! But I did manage to stuff 2 cups of barbecue potato chips into my stressed out face..bad judgement..

I drank 5 containers of water with flavor packets. 2 of them were caffeinated..so four with no caffeine..

Dinner: 7 meatballs, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce over a cup of spaghetti squash that dear hubby cooked this morning..I have enough for three more meals..yum. hubby makes the BEST sauce..

Well, I might have gotten away unscathed but...potato chips..they were there, on the table, and I was stressed and feeling really bad. Why do I make myself feel even worse with chips? I don't know. I should have picked up those bags and tossed them in the trash but I didn't. I'll do better tomorrow..I'll at least have time to reset my brain before Monday..
