Not a bad day..Restful. I'm ready for tomorrow. I won't be going to work cuz I get to take my son to the DMV to get his learners permit..

My eats for today:

1/4 serving of protein waffles with no fruit but with sugar free pancake syrup

1 oz mozzarella cheese and 1 pc turkey ham deli meat

24 oz drink mix with ice,

2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices rye toast without the crust, 2 slices tomato

24 oz drink mix with ice,

lunch: 4 oz steak on a salad of greens and ranch dressing

24 oz drink mix with ice,

24 oz drink mix with ice

Dinner: 3 oz chicken breast, 2 medium corn tortillas, 1 oz bell pepper and 1 slice of grilled onions

Dessert: 1 oz honey roasted peanuts

another drink of water..

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1432
Fat; 78.1
Carb: 69.0
Protein: 117.1

Not bad..

Lazy day here! Slept in and missed church. Cleaned out closets and drawers today.
1100-egg beaters 2%cheese, 1 veggie sausage, 1/2 bagel tin w lite butter and sf jelly
1230-watermelon
1300-papa murphy hawaiin delight
1430-apple
1600-rf what thins apple, skinny cow
1930-baked chicken, sweet potato,brocoli
need some more water I think and all my vits no exercise
Monday already ( heavy sigh).

I took the day off for Monday cuz hubby was double booked..Never get enough done with just one of me..or hubby..so glad there are two of us!
