Accountability - Sunday
Not a bad day..Restful. I'm ready for tomorrow. I won't be going to work cuz I get to take my son to the DMV to get his learners permit..
My eats for today:
1/4 serving of protein waffles with no fruit but with sugar free pancake syrup
1 oz mozzarella cheese and 1 pc turkey ham deli meat
24 oz drink mix with ice,
2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices rye toast without the crust, 2 slices tomato
24 oz drink mix with ice,
lunch: 4 oz steak on a salad of greens and ranch dressing
24 oz drink mix with ice,
24 oz drink mix with ice
Dinner: 3 oz chicken breast, 2 medium corn tortillas, 1 oz bell pepper and 1 slice of grilled onions
Dessert: 1 oz honey roasted peanuts
another drink of water..
