Accountability - Wednesday
Okay. My thoughts today were to stay away from caffeine all day long and it didn't prove to be hard cuz I was busy and not apt to fall asleep at my desk. As a matter of fact, I had a stressful hurried afternoon so I'll probably sleep pretty well tonight!
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 4 large strawberries, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:45 am double espresso latte..(2 oz espresso, 1/2 cup plain soy milk frothed)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Wild Berry
8:15 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Ice Tea with Lemon
10:45 am 1/2 large apple with peanut butter
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with low fat milk
12:45 pm 1 stuffed bell pepper (low carb, no rice) and 1/3 cup canned beets
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Hydrating Berry (and a pinch of salt)
4:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wylers Lemonade
6:00 pm 2 salisbury steaks with gravy, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup canned corn
7:00 pm 24 oz iced tea with splenda
8:30 pm 1 sugar free oatmeal cookie
totals for the day:
Calories: 1680
Fat: 82.9
Carbs: 151.7
Protein: 101.0
You know, I really do not like these frozen meals..the carbs are too high, the protein is too low..just all around not good..But since dear hubby is making dinner, it's easier for him. Maybe tomorrow I'll convince him to let me fry up some tilapia..yeah!
How did you do?

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

You had a good day of eating; hope you sleep well tonight! I had a busy day at work and will be at an all day conference tomorrow.
0800-premier protein drink
1030-greek yogurt, ground flax seed, raspberries, kashi go lean crunch 1/4 cup
1300-egg salad on a sandwich thin w lettuce and 10 mini sweet potato tots
1645-1/2 premier protein drink
1830-burger patty w 2% cheese, sweet potato, brocoli
2000-French Twists ( layers of sweetpuffed pastries)
probably 1/2 apple and 1 T PB before bed
3 mile run walk on the waterdront with a friend; it was muggy and hot. Not like what a lot of the US is experiencing but hot and muggy for the Pacicfic Northwest. All my water and such.
Found out my employer will be cutting 300-350 FTE's (we have 9400 total) by October 7th. I am a bit nervous, I am not sure my nearly 24 years of service will be enough to save my position.

Wow! There are people there longer than you at 24 years? They should have retired long time ago. I see where my district may need to lay off people in my position but since I'm the most senior...they aren't coming anywhere near me unless they lay ALL of us off..
Nah, I'm not sleeping well at all. I'm not sure why. No caffeine yesterday but then I had iced tea last night (caffeine, albeit small amount comparitively speaking!) So I took a tylenol PM..my elbow hurts some all the time so I can always use it..
I'll keep your job and situation in my prayers..Oh, you did awesome for foods..always, my friend! Take care. See ya later.
