Busy busy morning..And even busier afternoon! Whew!
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 4 large strawberries, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:45 am double espresso latte..(2 oz espresso, 1/2 cup plain soy milk frothed)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, LIpton Vanilla Truffle (luke warm)
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat
8:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Red Tea-Mandarin
9:45 am 1 small orange
10:15 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Peach Caffeinated
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda
12:45 pm 2 tacos: corn tortillas, 2.5 oz chicken thigh, 1.5 oz pork roast, 1 sliced processed cheese product
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango Tea
3:15 pm 1 medium pear
4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Dragon Fruit Energy Caffeinated
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Raspberry Lemonade
5:45 pm 2 riblets (Banquet), 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup canned corn.

Hmmm. too many carbs, not enough protein..probably the banquet frozen meals.. I hate those things but because dear hubby makes dinner and I get to eat as soon as I walk in the door in the evening..who is gonna complain? Not me..We have left overs and will probably eat those this weekend.

I took DD and a few of her friends to Wild Waves; amusemen****erpark. We wre at the park from the time it opened until it closed; 10 hours!
0800-scrambled agg beaters w 2 $ cheese and a bagel thin w butter and f jelly
1230-inside of a chicken ceasar wrap and a bit of the spinach tortilla wrap
1500-1 chicken strip
2000-2 rf string cheese and 16 rf wheat thins, and a serving of animal crackers-in the car driving home from the park.
2200-bagel thin, fried egg rf cheese
not enough water, but all my vits and such and am drinking some water now. No aerobic exercise but my knees and thighs are sore from going up and down a million stairs for the water slides. A slight sunburn on my face bit better than usual. I am ready for bed! I kept away from the caramel apples, elephant ears, ice cream and other crap while at the park! The expense made it easier, but it still looked mighty good.
