5 Day Pouch Test
Last Saturday night I was thinking "how in the h*ll can I get back on track?" So, I turned to this website for some advice and ran across the 5 Day Pouch Test. Determined to get back on track, I laid out a plan to start this first thing Tuesday morning; no need starting on a holiday weekend only to disappoint myself. Tuesday I woke up ready to face the day without solids (more specifically carbs ) and surprisingly it wasn't very difficult.
Now, here it is a week later, I'm back to eating regular foods but more focused on the appropriate foods and amounts. Not sure if there's been a physical change with my pouch or just a mental change but I am excited to be back on track ~ after all, I didn't risk my life having the surgery only to die fat.
I highly recommend this as a way to help others like myself that need help getting back on track.
Wishing you success on your journey towards a healthier way of life.

Thanks Christie!
The site for the 5 day pouch test is http://www.5daypouchtest.com/ they recommended making the soup (or buying it from them); personally, I just bought cans of Campbell's Ham & Split Pea and protein drinks (I drink EAS Advantedge because I watch my sugar intake).
Good luck, you're almost there!!!
