I really didn't want to get up this morning. With Hubby going to pick up our friend and his daughter at the fly away, I didn't get hardly any sleep last night. They got home about midnight..yikes! this afternoon will be interesting if I don't get enough caffeine!

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 4 large strawberries, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup

6:45 am double espresso latte..(2 oz espresso, 1/2 cup plain soy milk frothed)

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut

8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat

9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Pink Lemonade


10:00 am 1 medium pear

10:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Peach Caffeinated

12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half

1:30 pm 5 oz cooked pork roast, 1 cup cooked green cabbage, 1 cooked carrot, 1 oz ranch dressing (took me well over an hour to get this eaten. good thing it wasn't totally gross cold)

2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Power Edge Tangerine Strawberry Caffeinated

3:15 pm 1 hard boiled egg

4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Red Tea - Mandarin

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin and Mango

6:30 pm kentucky fried chicken! 2 thighs and a wing..grilled variety..and that's it..we had visitors come so I didn't get a chance to snack..

Nice to have company! I am tired and heading for bed soon, not enough sleep last night but it was because I had caffeine.
0800-ww english muffin, eggbeaters, mozarella, 1 veggie sausage
1000-carbmaster yogurt w sprinkle of Kashi Go lean Crunch
1300-roast beef, green beans,few mashed potatoes- cafeteria lunch
1700-teriyaki chicken, 1/4 c rice, salad, 2 potstickers
2000-strawberries, sf shortcake and a squirt of reddi whip
all my water and such, no exercise. Cleaned the house a bit after work. Neighbor kids keep coming over so I have been putting them to work; yesterday they helped pull weeds and pick up bush trimmings and today they wiped down all the cabinets for me. I pay them with Otter Pops; they are 6 and 7. Cute little redheads lime my 11 year old.
