Accountability - Tuesday
AH! We skipped completely over Monday and on to Tuesday. That's got to count for something! I'm on my own this evening..dear hubby has to go and pick up our neighbor at the airport fly - away..Not like going down to LAX but still in some traffic..We're country bumkins so any traffic is a hassle!~
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 4 large strawberries, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:45 am double espresso latte..(2 oz espresso, 1/2 cup plain soy milk frothed)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese (no ham today..I forgot to thaw out a package of it!)
9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin and Mango
10:00 am 1 small orange
11:00 am 24 oz drink mix, Crystal Light Energy Peach (Caffeinated)
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half
12:45 pm part of a salad: 1 cup cooked green cabbage, 5 oz crock pot pork roast, 1 carrot
1:30 pm the rest of that salad...not all of the cabbage but it scores so low on calories . it doesn't matter!
2:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
3:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated
5:30 pm 2 pork ribs..probably about 5 oz of pork..it was really tasty but don't have any room for anything else! whew!
I thinkf or dessert I'll be having a half a fudgecicle and some kettle corn.
