Accountability - Monday - Holiday
Since I flaked out on everyone yesterday because we had a barbecue (and I didn't feel like keeping track all day long-I did for a while but lost interest pretty quick) I did my penance by going to the Mall and walking a couple miles. I found a gift card in the bottom of my purse and felt compelled to go and spend it. Since Sears was closed when we got there, we walked to the food court (which was also closed) and walked the length of the mall and back till Sears was open! I got two pairs of leggings (Total under $8.50) and then bought a socket for my hubby (he was so good to go with me and he's doing so well quitting smoking..) and still have $15.00 left on the gift card..and then we came home..
Food for the day:
coffee and double espresso latte before we left
breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices bacon, 1 slice rye toast
24 oz container of water and ice
24 oz container of water and ice
Lunch: 4 oz chicken breast baked, 1 cup cooked green cabbage, 1 cup meat spaghetti sauce and parm cheese
24 oz glass of ice tea
24 oz container of water and ice (watching a thunder storm roll through - fun!)
24 oz glass of ice tea
Dinner: 4 oz pork roast (crock pot) with potato and carrots
dessert: 1 oz (give or take) honey roasted peanuts
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1551
0Fat: 79.8\
Carbs: 87.6
Protein: 124.9
Near perfect numbers today..better after yesterday when I scored...zeros across the board..

Our BBQ was today, so suffice it to say I am not too proud of these selections, but it could of been way worse!
1130-1 and 1/2 biscuits w hamburger gravy
1330-1 ounce salt and pepper ridge chips
1400-string cheese and 16 rf wheat thins
1600-apple cinnamon cheerios and soy milk
1930-steak, 1/2 corn cob, small sweet potato
2100-sf strawberry shortcake
2300-2 sf, rf banana muffins and hot tea- while watching fireworks
no exercise but all my water and such
I think I will take tomorrow off from work. Plans for dd to stay the day with grandparents and cousin got cancelled late tonight and I cannot make alternate plans at this late hour. I am not too sad about it to be honest.

You did good! I made sugar free banana bread for Sunday and then tossed a cup of almonds in it so I couldn't eat it..LOL..I sent it home with our guests so that it wouldn't tear me up sitting there.
I have next Monday off too cuz it's my surgiversary! FIVE YEARS..woo hoo.
