accountability - Saturday
Today we went to the drag races for the first time..and we had a blast. I got up early and did some housework getting ready to have friends over tomorrow and then napped about a half hour..then went to the track..Yeah, we're gear heads here in this house so the sound of a big block with a nice cam...makes my heart go faster..LOL.
so my eats for the day:
breakfast: 1/4 serving protein waffles with strawberries and sf pancake syrup
coffee
double espresso latte with soy milk
24 oz drink mix with ice
2nd breakfast of 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices tomato and 1 slice rye toast without the crust - coffee with half n half
24 oz drink mix with ice
24 oz drink mix with ice
lunch: 2 corn tortillas, 4 oz steak, 1 oz cheddar cheese
24 oz drink mix with ice
dinner: chicken breast wrapped in lettuce with tomato and alittle mayo
24 oz drink mix with ice
24 oz drink mix ice was melted..LOL.
I'm really really tired now.
I got all my vitamins in, more than enough water..so today is complete!
