Same thing different day..same old same old. I asked and my boss gave me my surgiversary off so maybe I can go bowling..yeah, and a movie..that would be very cool..plus, I'd like to go to the thrift shop..Big spender, that's me!

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 4 large strawberries, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup

6:45 am double espresso latte..(2 oz espresso, 1/2 cup plain soy milk frothed)

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Bavarian Berry

8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat

9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

9:45 am 1 small orange

10:30 am 2 cups potato chips (this was bad bad bad but I forgot to bring a hard boiled egg cuz I didn't boil any..and ran out of turkey ham too..I should have brought
something better but found these in the lunch room left over from yesterday's party..at least the salt makes me thirsty!)

11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated

12:00 pm 12 oz decaf coffee w/half n half

1:15 pm 4 oz chicken breast, 1 slice processed american cheese on a sandwich thin

2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix, Crystal Light Red Tea Mandarin

3:00 pm 1 small plum from a girl friend's tree

3:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, LIpton Mandaring and Mango

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated

5:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Mango and Pineapple Caffeinated (well, not the whole thing!)

6:00 pm 1/4 lb burger with cheese, bacon and mayo on a sandwich thin with 6 medium french fries and ketchup (plus alittle mayo on those too).

Well, I could do better..but I could have done worse..after that two cups of potato chips....I'll be getting do-overs tomorrow..
