Accountability - thursday
Cheesecake competition today..bright and early! I was ready but didn't win again! My cheesecake didn't even taste sugar free and nearly all that was left is gone now..I think maybe next time I won't label it as sugar free and see if I win with that..
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 large apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:45 am double espresso latte..(2 oz espresso, 1/2 cup plain soy milk frothed)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Bigalow Vanilla Chai
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Red Tea, Mandarin
11:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat
12:00 pm 4 oz chicken breast, grilled, 1/4 cup homemade cole slaw (and some fruit), 1 pc sugar free cheesecake (took me several hours to eath this!)
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
4:00 pm 24 oz ice tea with ice and splenda
6:00 pm 2 salisbury steaks from a frozen meal, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1521
Fat; 61.9
Carbs: 138.2
Protein: 114.3
Not bad. Not fantastic but not bad..I could have done better on the carbs I think..
I'm drinking another container of water and will probably have another one later too.

Your cheesecake sounds so good; wish I was there! I had a crazy day at work; I think everyones brains were already on vacation. 95% of our department is making it a 4 day weekend. I am not because I love to be at work when no one else is there; I can get so much done. I have not tracked yet but will after this.

1200-lc wrap w turkey and rf cheese
1430-cup of italian wedding soup and 4 saltines
1700-banana
2015-fried egg , rf cheddar, ww bread
2200-? maybe carbmaster yogurt w sprinkle of Kashi go lean?
all my water and such, an hour of zumba and then 1.5 mile run and 1.5 mile walk on the treadmill. I had two hours to kill while DD was in ballet and jazz.
